Our Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing a Pro license. If a plugin does not function as documented on your WordPress site, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The plugin must not be functioning as described in the official documentation.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

How to Request a Refund

Use our contact form and include your order number, the plugin name, and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Issues caused by third-party plugin conflicts or custom theme modifications.
  • Change of mind or unused licenses beyond the 14-day window.
