Pro Licenses
A Pro license entitles you to use the Pro version of one plugin on one WordPress installation. Licenses are non-transferable. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership of the underlying code.
Refunds
We offer refunds on Pro licenses within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not function as documented. Contact us via our contact page with your order number to request a refund.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or plugins to violate any applicable law, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or resell Pro licenses without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Logic Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our plugins or website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant license.
Intellectual Property
The Spartan Logic Builders name and logo are proprietary. Plugin code is GPL-licensed. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
